Making a Group Booking using the My Sales Provisional Function
Making a Group booking on Fusemetrix (using the My Sales Provisional function):
Log into the particular site on Fusemetrix and click “Booking Calendar” on the left-hand side of the screen to access the Booking Calendar. Navigate to the relevant date using the “View Calendar For” search function:
Click on the first Experience you require for the booking. Choose the relevant number of tickets (for that Experience only) from the Make Booking function:
Click “Add & Select Another Experience”. The tickets will appear in the “Activities” option as indicated below, and can be edited by clicking on the button:
Click on the next Experience you need to make the booking and add the appropriate number of tickets for that Experience only. Repeat for each Experience on the Tour window.
Change the “Select Experience” to the relevant workshop venue and click on the time you need the workshop for. Add the appropriate number of workshop venue tickets, as shown:
Click “Add & Select Another Experience” and repeat for additional workshop slots as necessary.
Once all tickets and workshop slots and the Contact details have been added correctly, click on “Activities” and click “Go To Till” and sign into the till:
You will be presented with a screen like the image below:
Click “Pay” and you will be prompted to assign a customer. You can use the “Search Customers” function to select the details of a customer on the system or use the “Add New Customer” function to add a new customer:
Once the customer is assigned, click “Pay” again to process the payment:
For Provisional bookings you need to choose “My Sales Provisional” as the payment option. Choose this option and click “Confirm Payment”. This will then create the booking against your “Mr Sales” function.
You can choose to send a receipt as necessary:
You can access details of the booking in the “My Sales” function on the left-hand side of the main Fusemetrix screen. The bookings can be accessed, edited, amended or completed from there:
